Rick Willits, Managing Director

Specializing in the placement of sales and manufacturing professionals in the graphic arts, printing and prepress industry nationwide. During his tenure, Rick has worked with many of the TOP 400 companies in the industry. He has worked on national sales team placement projects, single-site start up facility staffing projects and filling single key positions ranging from production managers and bindery managers to general manager and director level positions.

Rick is a CSAM (Certified Senior Account Manager), a Three-Time Pacesetter Award winner and a recent MRI Hall of Fame inductee. In July 2005, Rick was promoted from Staffing Manager to a senior leadership role of Managing Director in recognition of his outstanding record of customer service and leadership ability. Rick is committed to assisting printing companies across the US to recruit and attract top talent in sales and operations, all the while matching candidate's background and experience to assist them in their desired career growth.

After teaching and coaching for seven years post graduation, Rick started his recruiting career with MRI Centerville in 1999. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from St. Joseph's College, where he was also a four-year student athlete lettering in Division II Football. He is scheduled to complete his MBA from California Pacific University in June of 2006.
