Kathy is a key member of the MRI Centerville graphic arts and printing search and recruitment team. Her strong experiential and academic background in print and graphics industry – along with her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and penchant for providing high value customer solutions - combine to make her very effective in the search and recruitment field.

Mrs. Irvin’s diverse professional experience includes a background in Design and Prepress for an injection molded food container manufacturer, Design and Client Service at an ad agency, and Sales Support Rep for a national supplier of printed products to Financial Institutions.

Kathy received a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University in 1992, with additional concentration in journalism and marketing.

As an Account Executive, her focus is on providing her client’s high value added solutions by finding outstanding candidates for key positions, and new career opportunities for candidates who want more than a job.
