MRI Centerville is owned and led by George A. Plotner. Mr. Plotner has over 30 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, quality, organizational development, and human resources. He has strong experience in the areas of Total Quality Management, Organization Transformation, Executive Development and Employee and Labor Relations – both in service and manufacturing industries.

Prior to starting MRI Centerville in 1995, Mr. Plotner was a Vice President and Corporate Officer of a Fortune 500 Company where he was responsible for Human Resources corporate wide. Prior to his role as a Corporate Officer, he was a Division Vice President of a $350 million company in which he was in charge of both Quality and Human Resources.

Mr. Plotner holds a B.A. Degree from Indiana University and a Masters Degree in Management from The McGregor School of Antioch University. In addition, he has successfully completed the Strategic Human Resources Management Program at Harvard University. George’s business experience, track record of success, and commitment to quality, customer service, speed, and integrity provide both clients and candidates a distinctive advantage in “Right Fitting” human resource solutions.
